Document Delivery & Distribution Policy

1. Scope of Deliverables

Consultancy deliverables produced by G.A.T PROJECTS PTY LTD (ACN 614 381 850, ABN 71 614 381 850) include:

• Preliminary Feasibility Studies: Comprehensive digital dossiers examining site constraints, NCC classifications, and planning pathway recommendations.
• Project Management Plans (PMPs): Detailed Gantt schedules, risk registers, and procurement packaging strategies.
• DBP Act & Statutory Compliance Checklists: Digital verification matrices for lodgment via the NSW Planning Portal.
• Superintendent Progress Reports: Formal audit memorandums, site inspection photography logs, and milestone assessments.

2. Delivery Mechanisms & Protocols

All documentation is transmitted using secure digital channels:

• Secure Electronic Mail: Delivered directly to authorized corporate recipient email addresses in encrypted PDF format.
• Cloud Data Rooms / Portal Access: For major commercial engagements, deliverables are uploaded to dedicated, password-protected project repositories.
• Delivery Timeframes: Standard feasibility reports are delivered within 5 to 10 business days following formal client sign-off and receipt of necessary site data.

3. Physical Documentation Requests

Where clients specifically require hard-copy bound tender sets or large-format architectural/engineering plan sets (A1/A0 prints) for council submissions or on-site site sheds, physical printing and courier dispatch can be coordinated through commercial print partners at cost price, as stipulated in the individual Consultancy Agreement.

4. Technical Support & Re-issuance

If an authorized client experiences difficulties accessing or opening electronic deliverables, our Merrylands office provides re-issuance support within 1 business day:
